How often should I schedule lawn maintenance?

We recommend weekly or bi-weekly lawn maintenance during the growing season to keep your yard looking its best and to promote healthy grass growth.

What’s included in your lawn maintenance service?

Our standard lawn maintenance includes mowing, edging, weed-eating, and blowing off walkways and driveways. Additional services like fertilization and weed control can be added upon request.

Do you offer seasonal cleanups?

Yes! We provide spring and fall cleanups to remove leaves, branches, and other debris that can affect your lawn’s health and appearance.

What types of plants and materials do you use?

We source high-quality, region-appropriate plants and materials to ensure your landscape thrives in the local climate and soil conditions.

What’s the difference between mulch and pine straw?

Mulch is typically made of shredded bark or wood and offers long-lasting weed control and moisture retention. Pine straw is lighter, easier to spread, and gives a more natural look—both help protect plant beds.

How often should I refresh mulch or pine straw?

We recommend refreshing mulch annually and pine straw every 6 to 9 months to maintain a clean, well-maintained appearance and effective weed suppression.

What type of sod do you install?

We install several types of sod including Bermuda, Zoysia, and Fescue, depending on your yard’s conditions and your preferences.

How long does it take for new sod to root?

Typically, new sod takes about 2–3 weeks to establish roots with proper watering and care. We’ll provide aftercare instructions to ensure successful growth.

What are retaining walls used for?

Retaining walls help manage sloped landscapes, prevent soil erosion, and add visual interest or functional terracing to your yard.

What materials do you use for retaining walls?

We use high-quality materials such as natural stone, concrete blocks, and timbers based on your aesthetic preferences and structural needs.

What sizes are your dumpsters, and how long can I keep one?

We offer 16ft dumpsters for residential and commercial projects. We offer flexible rental periods typically ranging from 1 days to 7 days.

What items are prohibited from being placed in the dumpster?

Hazardous materials, batteries, mattresses, and certain electronics are not allowed. Certain items, like tires, may include additional costs.

What surfaces can you pressure wash?

We safely clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, patios, fences, siding, and more—removing dirt, mildew, algae, and grime.
